During the design phase of the 85,000 square-foot, three-story medical building in Sylvania, Lucas County Ohio, Bowser-Morner was contracted by ProMedica Health System to perform a geotechnical soil exploration. The property was redeveloped from a retail shopping center to a free standing medical facility. During the construction phase, Bowser-Morner subsequently provided field observation testing services for the new facility. We were also hired by Miller Bros. Construction, Inc. to collect environmental soil samples for evaluation of existing materials at the site. Bowser-Morner was able to provide a complete turnkey package of services throughout design and construction to multiple clients that were involved with this project.
