Matt Finrock has more than 24 years of experience in providing construction / field testing, and special inspections services in Ohio and Michigan region. He has advanced through the ranks of Toledo’s construction services department over the years and quickly became a person that Bowser-Morner could count on to lead major projects.
Matt is a NRMCA Concrete Technologist Level 2 & 3 for concrete mix designs. He has done millions of square feet of floor flatness/levelness testing, Masonry Inspection.
