With over twelve years of experience, Tina has a strong background in business operations and human resource excellence. Since joining Bowser-Morner in 2018, she has transformed Bowser-Morner's HR systems by implementing a company-wide wellness program and providing health screenings and educational sessions. Tina has become a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and gained employees' confidence along the way. Previously, she held roles with Production Control Units, The R.W. Earhart Company, and Koenig Equipment. Tina is a graduate of Robert Morris University with a B.S. in Business Administration. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steelers.
