Dennis Ream, ET holds the title of Senior Consultant since retiring at the end of 2014 after 46 years with Bowser-Morner, Inc. He joined BMI as a field technician after serving in the US Army Corps of Engineers. On earning his Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University, he became manager of Dayton’s Field Services department and was later promoted to VP/Manager of the department. During his tenure he managed field services on projects in 23 states and the territory of Guam.

As manager he was responsible for the daily operation, planning hiring and training of field service technicians for commercial, industrial, medical facilities and transportation projects to include highways, airports and infrastructure. The main focus was to provide professional, timely and quality services to Bowser-Morner’s clients. These included: facility Owners; general contractors; construction managers; local, state and federal government agencies; and select developers.

Dennis developed presentations as part of BMI’s Construction Materials seminars given up to 4 times a year since 1983. He currently is a seminar instructor for the Northeastern Transportation Training and Certification program that certifies technicians for soils and aggregates in the highway construction industry. He has certified in Engineering Technology by NICET, Field and Flatwork Technician by ACI, Concrete Technologist by NRMCA, and Soils and Aggregate Inspector by NETTCP.

When not working on a part time and will call basis for Bowser-Morner, he enjoys sailing, traveling and some golf.
