Charles Alexander is an accomplished calibration and metrology professional with extensive experience in precision measurement, electrical systems, and ISO 17025 compliance. His career spans both private-sector engineering and U.S. Air Force technical operations, where he honed his expertise in calibration, equipment maintenance, and high-stakes system performance.

Chuck has served as a Field Service Engineer responsible for the installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of more than 200 machines across North America. He has implemented standardized calibration protocols to enhance traceability and compliance, built data-driven tracking tools in Excel and Power BI to identify cost and performance trends, and trained technicians to improve onboarding and operational efficiency.

His collaboration with high-profile clients such as Ford, Nestlé, and Northrop Grumman reflects his ability to manage precision equipment environments while maintaining strong client relationships and audit readiness.

Earlier in his career with the U.S. Air Force and Ohio Air National Guard, Charles gained deep technical experience maintaining and calibrating sophisticated radio frequency and satellite communication systems. He supervised personnel and logistics operations for large-scale telecommunications projects, using advanced Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) and ensuring mission-critical reliability under demanding conditions.

In addition to his technical acumen, Charles is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics and recently completed a Bachelor’s in Management and Technology. This blend of hands-on technical mastery and business education positions him to bridge the gap between operations, quality assurance, and strategic leadership.
