Bowser-Morner's specialized technicians are trained to perform QA/QC tests on asphalt at the producer's plant. Our technicians are certified Level 1 by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and are also trained in the use of nuclear AC content gauges.
Testing services are also available on-site. These services include testing for nuclear density, monitoring asphalt temperature, and measuring mat thickness and corings to determine asphalt density. Bowser-Morner's technicians are even able to work with paving crews to conduct test strips to determine the effectiveness of rollers and rolling patterns.
