Our personnel have 40 hours of safety training in accordance with the OSHA requirements in 29 CFR 1910 with applicable 8-hour annual refreshers and have worked at Superfund sites using Level A through Level D personal protection.
In addition, all personnel involved with hazardous sites receive comprehensive annual physicals. These physicals encompass all parameters of annual medical monitoring requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.
Bowser-Morner employees are well experienced in decontamination procedures, contaminated material collection and handling, on-site storage of hazardous waste, site cleanup, and security measures.
Most of Bowser-Morner's subsurface exploration workload since 1981 has been in the environmental field. The Subsurface Exploration Department has performed projects with a dollar value range of $1,000 to $1.2 million. These projects include a wide range of CERCLA, RCRA, and other EPA sites for commercial and industrial concerns, DOD and DOE facilities, and trust entities, etc.
Whatever a client's environmental requirements, Bowser-Morner, Inc. can perform and adhere to the specifications.
An increasing share of our subsurface work is environmentally oriented. Through performance on U.S. EPA Superfund site projects and other industrial hazardous waste sites, we've built a reputation for quality work and reliability among major environmental consultants throughout the Midwest. Our crews have completed the 40-hour OSHA safety training with annual eight-hour refreshers, medical monitoring, CPR and first aid, and other in-house safety courses.
They are experienced in working at hazardous waste sites to Level B and are familiar with decontamination procedures and equipment. Bowser-Morner's highly trained crews mean there is no need for on-the-job training typically required with less experienced firms.
