Marianne
Aquino is Bowser-Morner’s HR Manager, working out of the Dayton, Ohio
location. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a BA
in Human Resources, and also earned her Six Sigma Black Belt while
working at GE Capital.
She
has almost 20 years of experience covering all facets of HR and has
worked for a variety of organizations such as GE Capital, HSBC, Capital
One, and Taylor Communications. She also had her own HR Consulting
company, working with small and medium size businesses to meet their HR
needs for a number of years. The thing that drew her to Bowser-Morner
was the strong sense of culture and the employee focus of the
organization.
When
she is not at work, you can find her enjoying music, books and her two
grown sons or working in the yard with her spouse of 25 years. She and
her family have moved all around the country from as far west as Las
Vegas to as far east as the DE/PA border to follow her career, but they
moved back to the community she grew up in in 2015, and plan to stay put
for the foreseeable future.
She is thrilled to be a part of the Bowser-Morner team!
