Bowser-Morner's team of engineers and planners have been involved in a multitude of water resources projects for private, industrial, and governmental entities.

Our water resources abilities include the analysis, inspection, design, and remediation of storage and conveyance structures, coal refuse tailings dam and fresh water dam design and management, dam breach analysis, emergency action planning, reservoir operations studies, hydraulic structures design & assessment, watershed management, hydrological assessments, waterways analysis, culvert and bridge hydraulics, scour and erosion studies, flood control management, wetlands studies, stormwater management, stream restoration, water quality studies, and sedimentation ponds.

Recent projects include rehabilitating three Ohio State Park dams (Stonelick Lake State Park, Scioto Trails State Park, and Forked Run State Park) for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Hydrology analyses determine each dam's ability to pass its Probable Maximum Flood (PMF). Site investigations determine the current structural conditions of the dams and spillways, as well as designs for spillway rehabilitations that can pass the PMF.
